Returns not accepted unless part is found to be defective. If defective part is returned, a replacement will be shipped. CORE Returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt. Management has ability to accept returns at their discretion, but ALL returns will be subject to 25% restocking fee.

Our return policy is as follows:

Most electrical parts come with a two-year warranty unless otherwise specified. No electrail parts will be accepted for any return. We will warranty them for the specified warranty period, but you must return the defective item before a new part will be shipped.

NOS and other "new" parts (I.E. Brake accumulators etc) that are not electrical in nature are subject to a 50% restocking fee if returned opened and/or used as they can no longer be sold as "New".

In all cases of returns customer must pay return shipping. Item must be well packed and return undamaged and in similar condition to when it was sent in order to be eligible for refund. 

We mark ALL of our parts. So please do not try to send us your old parts for a refund.
