1988-1991 Rebuilt radio modules

by ecrp on January 15, 2012

Finally! An easy way to fix all those pops squeals and hisses in your radio!

If you’re hearing snaps, crackles, and pops in your radio, having to turn the volume WAY up to hear anything, or just no sound at all, then your radio has probably gone bad.

These radios were built with small capacitors inside them. And over the time span (20+ years), these capacitors have started to leak and short out circuits that produce the sound for your speakers.

The result: Crappy sound that not even new speakers can help.

Here is your solution!

We’re now selling fully rebuilt radios ready to install in your car. These radios will fit any year Reatta as the base module is the same.
In ’88 and ’89 this module is located down inside the console. And is easily accessed through the top of the center console

In ’90 and ’91, the module was relocated to be a part of the radio head unit itself. Once the radio head unit is removed from the dash, it’s just three small screws to swap the module.

If you are in need of the entire radio assembly for your 1990 or 1991, we have those available as well at a cost of $375. Please call us at 919.233.1973 for availability

We sell our fully rebuilt modules for $200 with a 2-year warranty. If you have any problem whatsoever with your radio module you purchased from us, just send it back, and we’ll send you a new one.

We also offer a $20 refundable core charge upon receipt of your old and decrepit radio. Once you replace your old radio, just stick the old one back in the box, and ship it back to us. We’ll refund $20 upon receipt.

Order now! Simply click the button below and easily pay with either your credit card or with your Paypal account.
Radio modules are $200 shipped VIA USPS priority mail. This includes the $20 refundable core charge.

Do you know where I could buy a Steering Wheel Horn Button in a dark tan right side for a 1990 Buick Reatta?

I need a radio module for my 88 Reatta. Do you have any or can you rebuild my existing one?

I need two things.

An entire radio replacement for a 90 Reatta. Car does have a working CD player.

Also, I need the oval insert that is attached to the tonneau cover that receives the bottom of the convertible top. It is the top part of the assembly that holds down the rear of the soft top. THere are two, I need one.

Please advise, and thanks.
